Police: 8-year-old boy in critical condition after being struck by vehicle in Erlanger

Police now say an 8-year-old boy is in critical condition after being struck by a car in Erlanger Friday afternoon. A medical helicopter was called to the scene after a child was struck by a vehicle in Northern Kentucky, Kenton County dispatchers said. The boy was taken to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and was admitted into the ICU in critical condition, officials said.It happened around 4:20 p.m. in the 600 block of Stevenson Road in Erlanger.
